Semarang – Following up on letter Number: 972/UN7.A2/KU/XI/2022 dated November 23, 2022 regarding Adjustment to UKT Even Semester 2022/2023, we hereby notify that students who take part in the adjustment in the form of UKT Exemption for final year students and have not paid for UKT must attend Follow up according to the following schedule:

1	1-8 March 2023	For students who graduate on February 10, 2023 by uploading SKL For students who haven’t graduated on 10 February 2023, upload ≤ 6 credits in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year by selecting the UKT reduction
2	9-13 March 2023	Verification of submission of UKT adjustments at the Faculty/School
3	14 March 2023	Deadline for submission of UKT adjustment proposals from the Faculty/School to the University
4	15-16 March 2023	UKT adjustment verification at the University
5	17 March 2023	Rector’s decision process regarding UKT adjustments
